Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the km88 ph platform — whether through a browser, mobile device or any other means — you enter into a binding legal agreement with km88 ph. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and km88 ph.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account. 04 Accurate Registration Details
You must provide true, accurate and current information when registering. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Registration on km88 ph constitutes a declaration by you that you meet all eligibility requirements. km88 ph may request identity documents, proof of address or other verification materials at any stage. Failure to provide these within the stated timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
Account Rules and Player Responsibilities
Your km88 ph account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing account access with any other person is prohibited.
Password and Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure. km88 ph will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact km88 ph support immediately and change your password. Any activity conducted under your credentials before you report a compromise remains your responsibility.
Account Verification (KYC)
km88 ph is required by its operating licence to verify player identity. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may require you to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, UMID or driver's licence) together with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. km88 ph reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in line with applicable regulations. You will be notified by registered email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after inactivity may be closed.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Philippine Peso Transactions
All transactions on km88 ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The platform supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:
Deposit Rules
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
- Funds deposited to km88 ph are held in a segregated account separate from operating funds.
- km88 ph does not charge any platform fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
- All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger a review and temporary account hold.
Withdrawal Rules

- You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.

- If a withdrawal is made to a different method from the deposit, km88 ph reserves the right to return funds to the original source before re-processing.
- Withdrawals may be held for up to 72 hours for security review on accounts flagged by the fraud monitoring system. km88 ph support will notify you if your withdrawal is under review.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
km88 ph offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. Where there is any conflict between general and specific terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Welcome Bonus
The welcome bonus is available to new km88 ph members on their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household or device. The bonus amount will be credited to your account within 24 hours of qualifying deposit confirmation.
Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific multiple (e.g. 25x, 30x) is stated on each promotion page. Only wagers placed using eligible games count toward the requirement. km88 ph publishes a full list of contributing game types per promotion.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses and free bet credits issued by km88 ph have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. The expiry period for each promotion is stated clearly at the point of issue.
Bonus Abuse
Using bonuses in a way that constitutes abuse — including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts, exploiting system errors or coordinated wagering to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — is prohibited. km88 ph reserves the right to void bonus funds and confiscate associated winnings in confirmed abuse cases.
Betting Rules and Wager Acceptance
Placing a wager on km88 ph constitutes an offer to bet at the stated odds and on the stated terms. A wager is not accepted until km88 ph confirms it with a bet reference number displayed on your bet slip. Wagers submitted but not confirmed — for example due to a disconnection during the confirmation process — are not binding on either party.
Obvious Errors
km88 ph reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that were published as a result of a human or system error, where those odds are materially different from the correct market price at the time the bet was placed. If a wager is voided for this reason, the full stake amount will be returned to your km88 ph wallet. We will endeavour to identify and correct pricing errors as quickly as possible.
Disconnection Policy
For live casino games, if a disconnection occurs after a wager has been placed and the game has commenced, the round outcome will be recorded as it completes. km88 ph is not responsible for losses caused by connectivity issues on the player's side. For slot games and virtual sports, a disconnection mid-round will result in the round completing automatically and the result being recorded when connectivity is restored.
Maximum Payout Limits
km88 ph applies maximum payout limits per event and per product type. These limits are displayed in the relevant product terms and on individual markets where applicable. Winnings exceeding the maximum single-event payout will be capped at the published limit regardless of the stated odds. Placing a wager implies acceptance of the applicable payout cap.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on km88 ph. Violation of any item on this list may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to use your account.
- Registering more than one account, or using another person's account credentials.

Intellectual Property

Account Suspension, Closure and Fund Return
km88 ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at its sole discretion in circumstances that include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions by the account holder.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspicious financial activity, including patterns indicative of money laundering or fraud.
- Account activity inconsistent with the account holder's stated identity or location.
- Instructions from a Philippine regulatory authority, law enforcement body or court order.
- Detection of the use of prohibited software or multi-account activity.
If an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds will be restricted until the review is complete. If the investigation finds no breach of these terms, the account will be reinstated and full access to the balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, km88 ph reserves the right to retain funds to the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law.
You may close your km88 ph account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to KYC completion and standard withdrawal processing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, km88 ph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity — even if km88 ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Service Availability

Amendments to These Terms
km88 ph may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email using the address on file, and a notice will be displayed when logging into the platform. The revised terms will become effective from the date stated in the notification.
It is your responsibility to review updated terms when notified. If you disagree with a change, you may close your account before the effective date.
